The modern ground floor apartment is located on the top building and has 3 bedrooms (one with double bed and two with two single beds) and a fourth sleeping space for two more people in the living / dining area (sofa bed). The apartment also includes 2 large showers/wc with modern glass shower stalls (one of the two bathrooms is equipped with a washing machine) and a large living / dining area with modern open kitchen. The apartment is totally separated from the top floor apartment as it has its own entrance and its private areas (garden & balcony).
